What happend?

WHAT HAPPEND: As an artist, I did a happening in the summer of 2023. I created a linoleum cutting, called "BALLOONS", printed 47 copies, and distributed most of them by air.

Out of the 47 prints, 45 of them has been sent up in the air attached to balloons from Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania.

Some of the prints were in black/white, and some had one or two colored balloons. Only two prints had all five balloons colored, which are number 1/47 and number 47/47,

Number 1/47 I have kept to sell, but number 47/47 with 5 colored balloons became someones for free!

All she did was, sending me an email !

She wrote the number of the print, write where it was sent from and where it was found (closest city and country).

Among everyone who responded to my request, I randomly chose one, who got print number 47 for free!

The lucky owner of a free piece of art was Johanna Ekstrom, Sweden, who found number 19/47, which was an all b/w version !!!

On a walk with her father in Skaralid National Park, Skaane, she saw a big red balloon, with a ziplock bag attached to it. I was very surprised to see the big balloon, and even more surprised to find a piece of art in the bag. What a great idea, she said with a smile !
